  长江日报讯(记者李爱华)近日,不少市民在长江网武汉城市留言板反映:无法通过支付宝、微信查询和缴纳电费,有市民担心:网络无法缴纳电费,家中会因欠费被停电吗?  市民杨女士称,她一直都是通过支付宝或微信缴纳电费的,可最近一段时间,支付宝和微信都无法查询电费,点开手机页面,总是显示缴费单位系统升级中,无法在线缴纳电费。杨女士想了解,系统升级何时结束?在此期间家中欠费会被停电吗?  市民石先生也反映同样的问题。

石先生称,自己发现通过手机交不了电费后,他又专门到距小区最近的一家中百超市,没想到中百超市也暂时不能缴纳电费。

石先生表示,自己从不拖欠电费,但现在不知道该到哪里交钱。  市民徐先生表示,自己每天上班很忙,网上不能缴纳电费,让人感到很不方便,希望相关部门尽快完成系统升级。  27日,长江日报记者分别打开支付宝和微信的生活缴费页面,电费一栏均出现“缴费单位系统升级维护中”提示;而水费、燃气费等查询和缴费功能正常。  记者发现,针对中百超市暂时不能缴纳电费的问题,武汉供电公司在城市留言板回复,由于系统升级改造,暂停湖北省供销合作总社、中百控股集团股份有限公司、中国邮政集团湖北省分公司、武商集团等第三方代收点缴费业务,给市民带来不便,敬请谅解。  记者随后致电95598国家电网客服热线询问此事。

一名工作人员表示,由于湖北省电网近期进行系统升级,无法查询和缴费。

但市民无须担心,系统完成升级前,电网的欠费自动停电功能将保持关闭状态,市民家中不会因为欠电费而断电。

系统预计将于7月1日升级完毕,在此之前,如果需要,市民可以持现金到供电营业厅缴费。
